At the heart of our mission is the belief that education is the key to creating a healthier and more inclusive world.
The CTIF offers a wide range of workshops and trainings to suit a wide variety of audiences.
Our general interest public workshops are designed to educate and empower individuals to make more
informed, empowered choices concerning their physical activity and health.
We also offer workshops and trainings for fitness and mental health professionals to help them gain the knowledge and skills needed to create more inclusive and accessible spaces for all.
Our workshops and trainings are evidence based, and we ensure that all of our information is up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the industry.
The "Moving Through Healing" Trauma Informed Fitness Specialist course launched in June of 2022. This course was so well received by participants and professional associations alike that it sparked the formation of the Centre For Trauma Informed Fitness.
We are extremely excited to be offering the updated version of this course, in person and online, in September 2023.
